Order Validation & Acceptance

Once you place an order, we verify payment and address details. For large orders (over $1,000 CAD), we may request additional identification.

We reserve the right to decline or limit any order for any reason. If that happens, we’ll try to contact you using the email provided with your order and issue a refund if payment has already been processed.

An order confirmation doesn’t guarantee acceptance of your order. We may accept or decline orders at our discretion.

We may also limit or cancel orders that appear to involve multiple quantities per household, customer, or order—just to ensure fairness.

Termination of Use

Our maximum liability related to any purchase is limited to the final pre‑tax sale price of the order. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or special damages arising from the transaction.

Limitation of Liability:

By using our 3D printing services or any 3D printed materials, you (“User”) acknowledge that these activities involve risks that may lead to injury, illness, death, or property damage. These risks may be caused by you, others, or unpredictable circumstances.

You fully assume all such risks—known or unknown—and agree to the following:

1. Release of Liability

You (and your family, heirs, estate, and representatives) release CAD2CAST Inc. and its associates from any claims or damages related to your use of our 3D printing services or materials, including issues related to intellectual property.

2. Covenant Not to Sue

You agree not to initiate or assist in any legal action against CAD2CAST Inc. or its associates related to injuries, damages, or losses that may arise from using our 3D printing services or materials.

3. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify CAD2CAST Inc. and its associates from any claims or actions brought by others that arise from your use of our 3D printing services or materials—including intellectual property claims.

4. Applicability

This Release applies to all CAD2CAST Inc. products and services involving 3D printing and 3D printed materials.
